Thing is, I'm as big a DC fan as Marvel and want nothing more than for them to be on par with Marvel in live action, however I'm not going to twist myself into logical pretzels just to pretend that somehow DC has been anything less than staggeringly incompetent on that front.

Team sell DC comics to Universal.
Universal has the theme parks and could make great use of it. Imagine actually going to Gotham City at Universal Studios. That might be worth more than the movies themselves.

The sad thing about it is DC can’t really do a reset. They would have to let at least 5 years pass before they could even consider it.
It’s not that the DCEU was bad, they became polarizing in doing so. Everything from the actor drama, the flops, the snyderverse and other controversial shyt. The drama became more popular than the actual movies.
Sadly, it’s also affected Marvel. They have no real competition at this point. Nobody to push them.
But it’s their own fault.
First they kill Zod who is one of the best live action comic book villains. Why? Because MOS was supposed to be a stand alone flick. Once they shoehorned BvS, and started acting cocky it was a wrap.
If it wasn’t for BvS, Marvel wouldn’t have went hard to get Spider Man
And marvel goes on to land 4 movies in the top time all time gross, domestically and worldwide.

I’d be down with it if Marvel didn’t already run Islands of Adventure. Unless they plan on rebranding the rides and park after the DC characters.
They might as well do just that though with Disney World incorporating more of the MCU into their parks.

All post infinity saga. People literally don’t remember DC movies including the ones that did good. But even if what u say is true, marvel has way more equity than DC.

That's a lot of excuses for flops breh... and a lot of the shows aren't being watched on Disney+
They had Spider-Man but that's a Sony production.. they can't even put it on the streamer. Most of the profits go to Sony and the reason it did so well was because of the Sony cameos.
