Like I keep saying, EVERY community has leadership. There's leadership in every single walk of life. School, religion, work, family, even a high school basketball team has a team captain.

Is that they best? Those people are not on TV speaking for their people like Jessie Jackon, Al Sharpton and others. Hispanic, LGBT, Chinese Americans don't need those leaders for an agenda, because they already know what it is... The opposite is true for blacks.

And I'm tired of the "black leader" trope. Who is the leader of white America? Hispanic America? Sure there are powerful voices to races, specifically minorities. For instance Jorge Ramos is very influencial amongst Hispanics. But how is there a perception that we need "leaders" and "prophets" and all this other shyt.
