The fact that some believe we need a central, unified leadership to establish a code of conduct, means we're already fukked.

White folk operate by a code of conduct without someone telling them to do so. It's almost encoded in their DNA.

Meanwhile, we're scattered like cherrios floating in toilet water. No unity. And the mention of a code of conduct gets automatic pushback by the c00n train and blacks who are subconscious white supremacists. "Why should we (insert complaint here)."
@Wenzel Dashington and you are suffering from a lack of understanding. ....

A code doesn't need a leader. A code is just the people doing the things they Should for our own liberation.

The less you diss other black people and talk shyt, the more you'll see how we can all build.

Peace

I actually never did the whole black + this equals shyt.

That was your debate with others.. I don't feed into that.

You sound insecure and crazy. Plus you are way y y y y y y to concerned about white media and what devils think of us.

And I day just like I constantly say.... I support black unity and black people. .. ALL black people and I do Not support division:manny:

i dont know why you go so hard to defend the one drop rule only to back peddle from it. shouldn't you be posting pictures of biracial musicians and civil rights leaders to prove to me that biracials are INDEED black? :heh:

if its insecurity to disapprove of caucasians elevating half-europeans as the best the black community has to offer, so be it. but i see too many mixed/biracial folks in positions of power and media representation that should be going towards black people.

and of course you dont see the problem with the media misrepresenting black women, it hasn't happened to black men yet. you dont give a shyt how it damages the self esteem and identity of black women. but when black men get one drop ruled with propaganda like this:

suddenly you take issue with it :camby:

Bro, what is a leader, without codes?

Code enforcers are LEADERS.

Me and my associates have a code.... it's not always easy to not violate, but there is no leader.

I actually don't have an issue with leaders.... I love pro black and focused leadership but.... I don't feel we need it

What we do need is everyone operating for our liberation.

You're a female. Also you are clueless. :bryan:

You are insecure as fukk..... but you need to understand I don't care what cacs think because as assata Shakur said ..... you can't get liberation by appealing to the moral feelings of the oppressors. ....
I care what black people do and think. ... because only we can boost our community.

And you can't be upset with me for supporting black unity.... :smugdraper:

as it stands, most black men in the media are being represented by BLACK MEN. black males see positive identity in black men in sports, music, and in tv/movies. a LARGE chunk of the "black" women seen on tv are indeed mixed or biracial--which is a DIRECT misrepresentation.

who is trying to appeal to the moral feelings of whites? i'm appealing to the idiocy of black men like yourself. i care about what black people do as well, which is why i'm against blacks adhering to the one drop rule. also, you don't even understand the meaning of the word unity or what it takes to achieve it; you're a joke :heh:

Halle Berry was the beauty standard in the black community for damn near 20 yrs. How do you tell black girls that the pinnacle of black beauty is this HALF WHITE woman?

then y'all wonder why black women deal with self esteem issues, hair complexes, etc. you nikkas dont think beyond your own gratification.

Is that they best? Those people are not on TV speaking for their people like Jessie Jackon, Al Sharpton and others. Hispanic, LGBT, Chinese Americans don't need those leaders for an agenda, because they already know what it is... The opposite is true for blacks.

:snoop: being on television doesn't make you a leader, it makes you a figurehead/spokesperson. Most leaders operate behind the scenes in silence. While dudes are sitting here talking about "where are the white leaders", you got the Koch brothers determining school curriculum for America:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bill-bigelow/the-koch-brothers-sneak-i_b_6163946.html

And of course they need leaders to make their agenda happen. Hispanic leadership got together, got organized, and raised 30 million dollars for Obama's campaign which "motivated" Obama to get the Dream Act in front of Congress.

Latinos overwhelmingly backed Obama at the polls, pushing him to victory in key states, such as Colorado and Florida. Nationally, Obama won 71% of the Latino vote to Republican Mitt Romney's 27%. But behind the scenes, Lopez and a cadre of wealthy Latino business owners, entertainers, lawyers and financiers tapped their connections to collect roughly $30 million in small and large donations for Obama's re-election, Lopez said.

Maybe for c00ns and blacks who allow white people to control their minds. ....

But for people who are victims and people who are really pro black. .... Naw Halle wasn't a standard, lol....

There are so many black women on TV and not on tv that real black people could look to in the last 20 years.

We know exactly why people are insecure , however at some point we must control our own minds. I know some natural hair dark skin sisters who are very confident:salute:

I happen to have a dark skin daughter you idiot.... she has no issues or complexes. ... some other girls her age might, but then again they are being raised by people like you:sas2:
