The code of conduct allows for everyone to practice group economics though. We got the internet to spread ideas quickly with. We don't need these big leaders but, a lot of people leading.

Y'all keep talking about a code of conduct, but I don't think I've seen anyone actually spell out what's in the code (I know some flyers were created but let's be honest those flyers will make 0 impact)

Which goes back to my point about leadership. Someone is gonna have to take up the responsibility to let the masses of people know what's in the code of conduct, what's its purpose, how it works, and how are you supposed to deal with people who break this code.

Just telling black people we need a code of conduct is just as effective as just telling black people they need to empower themselves. It doesn't really mean much and doesn't spur any action.

That's true but I never said I had a complete code. I think it should be short though. A few common goals and that's it. Not everyone's gonna be down anyway so

What freaking lie!??? You act as blacks must be babies and have someone freaking spoon feed sh*t to us. Show me the leaders of Chinatown. Show me the "leaders" of Little Italy or any other Italian community. Show me the leaders of the gays/lesbian community. Show me the leaders of the Indian community. I dare you.

They have one simple agenda that moves them forward. An agenda is so simple to grasp and if you can't then I feel bad. This isn't the 60s or 70s anyone. Did the Jews need leaders to get where they are at in America? No. They all had an agenda, which was BUSINESS and Hollywood. That's it!

With an agenda blacks can move in silence. With a leader he/she can easily be assassinated and history shows it or the media can character assassinate him/her. Or him/her can easily be bribed and payed off *cough* Jesse Jackson *cough* Al Sharpton *cough*... But more importantly how the f*ck is a leader suppose to get through to a population of 40k????? Who are more spread out in the USA than before??? Again this isn't the 60s or 70s anymore.

Like I keep saying, EVERY community has leadership. There's leadership in every single walk of life. School, religion, work, family, even a high school basketball team has a team captain.

That's the thing though, its not even you. I haven't seen anyone specify what's in the code. Not Tariq nasheed, not Boyce Watkins, not Neely Fuller (I've listened to every podcast on his site). No one has specifically said a single thing that's in this code we're all supposed to have.

This is why I say there needs to be leadership. I've been hearing about this code of conduct for at least 6 months now and I still have no clue what's supposed to be in it.
