Honestly the closest thing would be the original unfilmed screenplay of Thor which was a sprawling adventure epic through the different realms to claim Mjölnir and prove his worth after being cast out.

Not entirely. Branagh is a different type of director than Wan. Completely different. So there’s a pomp and circumstance and Shakespeare quality he brings to what he does. This is the first Thor without a lot of that and when it is there, there’s something to take the air out of it or juxtapose it in an interesting way. Wan dove head first into aquaman’s comic history and The absurdity of the world. Bragnah seemed like he just wanted to dip his toe in that water for Thor while remembering he was trained by the Shakespeare royal theater company

Nah. That's why I specifically mentioned the unfilmed screenplay of Thor back when Matthew Vaughn was attached to it. It was a wild epic that was considered to cost $300 million in order to do it justice.

Some shyt was a little silly at first, but then you realize that's the tone of the whole movie and it's good.

Fight scenes were much better then compared to something like Black Panther

Heard looked a little ridiculous with that red wig sometimes, but most scenes

Spoiler: Not relevant to the plot but I'll spoiler it anyway

The octopus drummer for the Ring of Fire scene seemed random af and incredibly silly, but then I found out the next day that it was a nod to Aquaman's silver age history when had a pet octopus that he trained to be a musician

i heard leaks weeks ago about it and was wondering how it'll fit into the film... did NOT disappoint and it fit exactly that moment.. plus it was 100% COMIC ACCURATE unlike some other shyt nikkas praise
