AOC has objectified herself? No, she hasn't. Nor is she more far Left than Bernie, she's give or take similar to FDR in a lot of policy positions, save for a far more nuanced understanding of systemic issues.
What exactly does this mean? She's been pushing for policies that explicitly help Black people since she came into office.

Bernie at least had the smarts to realize you can't have a welfare state and let people in willy nilly. AOC wants to abolish ICE, give illegals federal relief checks, free healthcare AND full welfare benefits. Shes essentially as close to being open borders as you can be.

Illegal immigration has never been a legitimate issue in the US; the conflicts exacerbated by the US Drug War and us sending millions of arms into conflict zones is the *actual* issue - we end the drug war, and ease our jingoist protectionist policies, and migration will dramatically drop. The world economy isn't based around nation-states anymore - it's based around international firms. She absolutely wants to abolish ICE (which has only existed since 2003), since it's both corrupt, a massive waste of money, and fails in its most basic tasks.
For those lawfully residing in the US and also paying into taxes - who will be affected by the economic downturn related to COVID-19 - it makes sense to provide COVID relief checks. The same for college students and others who are "dependent" in name only and were massed over for relief checks. If the federal government can pump over $1T into wealthy companies skirting taxes entirely, it can provide funds for both tax-paying citizens and tax-paying residents.
She wants to provide a national system of public healthcare - just like if you got injured in the UK or in Vietnam; you'd get the national healthcare for little to no charge.
Nothing wrong with wanting to end capitalism, unless you're a corporatist bootlicker - which I take it you are.
