The Ummah!
You do realize the oil business isn’t profitable without our tax dollars subsidies correct? You’ve clearly don’t like zero research. It’s about more than just moving to clean energy. I’ve grown so tired of this nonsense where people speak with authority on shyt they clearly know nothing about

You obviously don't understand the us dollar connection with the petro dollar. Thats ok. Agree to disagree.

All of the squad won easily. I think the socialist/progressive politicians can't win thing is overstated. Certainly in FL it's probably toxic but Democrats need to stop the republican lite moderate leaning bullshyt and embrace the future of the party
Yup. The future of the party should be a 40 year inverse of Reaganomics. So much can be done but the old guard holding onto bullshyt.

I'm not "right wing" though. And you can cop out all you want because you're just another dude that doesn't have fundamental understanding of any issues and rehashes political talking points. You provide nothing of substance to any of these discussions so just chill in your mom's basement and let people with real risk on the line do the critical thinking.
Everything you said was fukking garbage. "Government healthcare, college/ public education, and properly taxing corporations and rich people are going to crush black Americans" it's such a dogshyt thought process it's not worth discussing. The idea that when those things applied properly are going to "crush black Americans" is so stupid it makes my fukking brain hurt when that shyt is exactly how white people expanded their wealth in this country and how Europeans live so well overseas. We have the fukking blueprint but we need more politicians like AOC, Ayana Pressely, Cori Bush, Illhan Omar, Rashida Talib, Jamaal Bowman.. etc to ensure that this time we're not excluded from the next new deal. Sitting around crying about how all politicians are bad and how all progressives idea will crush black people does nothing to help Black Americans. People like you are fukking poison.

You're another one of these smart dumb nikkas who want to whine and bytch and never accomplish anything and preach right wing talking points and nonsense with nothing to back it up, because apparently no politician can ever be trusted. You're a god damn bootlicker for white men and don't even realize it. I guess the socialist beliefs of Martin Luther King Jr was also "poison". Capitalism is quite literally the system responsible for most of the ills of the Black man not just in America, but everywhere on the fukking planet so spare me your fukking garbage.

I'm sick of you stupid ass nikkas and I'm pessimistic as fukk. Y'all aint got answers for anything. Unless you have some actual ideas about how to get shyt done that aren't pipe dreams and involve literally alienating every other person in the country that isn't black (that isn't a feasible strategy its literally not how the country works when black Americans aren't the majority) keep it fukking moving.

- Getting money out of politics (only grassroots campaigns and donations not from corporations)
-Reducing emissions and funding clean energy alternatives to reverse climate change
- taxing the rich the same as lower class or more
- catering toward citizens over corporations in policymaking
-making politics accessible to normal people
-pro palestine (i think)
- people over profit
She's only in support of those things because she hasn't gotten to the point in her political career where she has to start being pragmatic and making concessions.

she's about to finish her first full term in Congress and has been re-elected. What are you talking about?
Can you tell me any impactful policy she's introduced that has actually been implemented? Her political career thus far has been nothing but proposals and feel good rhetoric. Acquiring the kind of political power necessary to initiate change always requires compromises. And often times those compromises come at a 'moral' cost. She's not at the point where's she's had to make those tough choices. Once she is, you'll see more negative coverage around her outside of a few Repubs being rude to her.

Ok so you can't reply to anything in depth. Thanks for the links bruh, I'll use my real world experience and financial ability instead of taking more economics courses - all of which I've gotten As in. Instead of using your brain and breaking down my arguments you post links. I don't think you actually know anything and are just spouting other people's point of view.

Have a good one.
The points you're making are wrong - there's no reason to argue ad nauseum about obviously elementary concepts. I majored in economics in undergrad - but I also didn't get caught in freshmen year orthodoxy and bothered to apply some of what I learned.

Some of the best economists and sociologists have pointed out how wrong you are over the last 100 years - I don't need to parrot their talking points endlessly - :mjlol:
You said "real-world experience" like you've actually implemented a local policy for wages :dead:
At least I can say I've worked in local government in undergrad - where we watched the minimum wage experiment in Seattle -
Minimum Wage Increases and Individual Employment Trajectories

Can you name any meaningful policy implemented in this McConnell senate majority since Obamacare? Stop trying to insult people's intelligence with these pitiful strawmen. Passing legislation takes two whole elected bodies and you're boiling a 1 term congresswoman's career down to whether the racist clowns in the Republican party like her :mjlol: you sound like a hater

In real life she instead stuck to her guns in spite of your advice. Her haters donated millions to both her opponents and she blew them out.

Instead of compromising on those positions her influence and endorsement has helped more newcomers with those exact ideals win seats as well
Torres, Bowman Represent Changing Of The Guard
BLM activist Cori Bush wins in Missouri, becomes state's first black congresswoman
Bernie Sanders is done but his fans in Pa. keep winning primaries

Furthermore she and all her allies retained their seats
All 4 members of 'The Squad' reelected to House - CNNPolitics

Your advice sucks, thank god she didn't listen.

Bro you're obviously desnse or a stan. Either way clean energy in the near future is a pipe dream. The American dollar is tied to oil and gas. People pushing America to go green while China and India dump all sorts of toxins in the air and water are fools. I dont have to run, the green new deal isn't even taken seriously because its ridiculous. Thats the bottom line. You like it, great. Its still trash and needs huge amendments.
I don't think you have even the slightest clue about what's going on globally - from an energy standpoint for for a natural resource standpoint.

Even Saudi Arabia is diversifying their economy to largely include green energy - because they've realized that nonrenewable energy is absolutely going to eclipse dirty fuel in a few decades.

Only yokels and people on the oil company payrolls are still fighting it.
