Nobody's mentioned GUNSMITHING or rather the cert of Master Gunmaker once YOU'VE completed the 4 year course.
The best shools are European, specifically French, German, Austrian and Belgian as I mentioned on the gun owners thread. They ISHYT on US community colleges and online viruses with apprenticeships and internship at guys like Steyr, HK, Walther, Glock and FN.
This is why even American shooters freely admit European guns qualitatively outclass ANYTHING produced stateside. Also the hand and machine skills are applied in everything from aerospace to medical implant manufacture.
With luck and patience we'll have the Black Kimber by 2025!
