Been out since March and I was repping out 240 for reps on bench..


fukk man, I'm not tryna struggle lifting 135.. fukking demoralizing

Don't worry B. Most people in the gyms I be at ain't really bout that life, so most of em be struggling.


The lil Beckys/Latinx girls be in there squatting less than a plate/benching 5-10 on each side (sistahs don't eem show up :gucci:), and the dudes still skipping legs and be putting 225 on bench or under mostly. :mjlol:

None of what anyone thinks matters in reality. That said I don’t think most people really care about what other people lift. To your point most people aren’t crazy well rounded in a lot of gyms. Even I have to admit I can squat and deadlift intermediate amounts but my bench has always been hot garbage.

I only raise eyebrows when it’s fukkery and that’s normally people loading up way more weight than they can handle or doing multiple things with light weight instead of getting a decent number behind a compound :manny:

All I had (and still have) are two 20 pound dumbbells. And I haven't really used them like that. So essentially I went from being in the gym 6 times a week to having not lifted at all since late February. I'm sure j lost plenty.
