HELL NAW!!!!!!!

I don't make money from Andis, but I'm a Black man that has gone through trial and error and severe razor bump problems growing up.
Wahl and Andis make products designed specifically to cut our texture facial hair .
The andis outliner is the gold standard.

I don't trust anything with shaving heads like this Phil Norelco Arcitec.........in my opnion, you are ASKING for bumps using that. Read my posts about the subject....my dad used plastic Bics, the standard Gillettes shavers, and things like the PNA with no problems.......but I can't use any of that stuff and advise bump prone dudes to stay clear of them.
Damn well I see a lot of the brehs swear by the Andis Outliner so I will take your word for it that your not a paid spokesman lol.

Have you ever tried Bevel by any chances and what is your opinion on them? I heard they are good too but their products, razors and trimmers are expensive. Also with the Andis do you use shaving cream with it or just use it on your skin dry?

Outliner is a dry shaving product.

Bevel was/is too expensive for me to ever purchase.

make sure that whatever u shave with is sterilized. dont keep the same blades on your razor or clippers to long. they get dull and bacteria builds up.
get a good aftershave. helped me with that damn irritation and bumps

Well let's get right to it, I've been getting bad razor bumps and was wondering whats the best way to shave.

Are you supposed to shave with the grain? Against the grain? Does it even matter?

How do you know which is way with the grain or against it lol

I know yous guys are probably looking at the title like wtf but like many in the black community I grew up with out a pops so I had to figure out all this shyt myself brehs :mjcry: The struggle is real.

I've been using Gillette pro glide razors and a Philips Norelco architect to shape up my mustache and trim hairs if that makes any difference.

Your skin must be deep in the sensitive area. I have combination skin, dry as fukk too so I’m going back to straight razor shaving. Not those Gillette bullshyts. Do you know your skin type?

Shaving cream is disgusting if u really think about it:scust:

All them chemicals and you your open up your flesh when u shave so that shyt is going right into your face

I use dudu osan soap
To shave with

But I can shave with just hot water and still not get bumps so:wow:

I stopped using shaving cream a long ass time ago
