Boruto isn't a relatable character like Naruto but he is a lot smarter and I think that is what will make him a better ninja.

Baruto is for small children. I personally don't rock with this anime. I find it similar to dragon Ball gt it terms of how the rest of the anime after Shippuden just seems like fodder. I heard Boruto has his own unique doujutsu on top of his uzumaki lineage. No other Uchiha left. Where's shino?


Also the manga is following the debut movie and the anime is following both ?

Here's what I'm saying. Sasuke is the only Uchiha left and now decided and become a lap dog for the leaf village so there's no more excitement around his character anymore which Naruto part 2 pretty much evolved around . that leaves a vacuum in terms of which character to get behind. Baruto is a small child that has the blood of the hyuga clan and well as the blood of the best ninja in the world. So what struggle does he have. He's inherited two strong bloodlines so what's his struggle. If he does not become a god ninja that's on his work ethic. He does not have to start from the bottom . His dad is a fukkin hokage.

All this Uchiha dikriding kishi did in part 2 comes at a cost. Instead of focusing on other clans, smaller villages, underrated clans ( uzumaki, kyuga, fuuma etc) you aim for the top two. So with the reason for conflict , which was a space alien, now taken care of what's next: the family of said space alien. why couldn't their lazy ass come on down 11 years prior and take care of business ?

Now shyt sweet they come down to dance around with ninjas knowing damn well they had a millennium to do so. But now whose the first villain in Boruto . A fukkin lab child with sharingans mashed together on top of his head.


And the whole manga is now about protecting the peace that Naruto and his so called buddies fought for 12 hours real time ( but 3-4 years our time) for. Guess how long that lasted .

I wanted the manga to explore how being from a different clan or village you still have powerful potential and abilities to change the world. And it turned into basically senju and Uchiha and fukk the rest because they're not important. You had sasuke being passed around from villain to villain like the small town thot in order to satisfy this rivalry battle that was destined to happen. That almost didn't work but kishi comes with this creationist cain and abel inspired story to satisfy he plot. So now this whole story leaves in part 2 and now what you have is a bland story because everything that made Naruto great was abandoned. What made Naruto great? Its diversity in characters. Different ninjas with different stories, not the story of children of legendary leaf ninjas.

I think the storyline is bland. I hate the drawings. I hate the dialogue.

The show starts with “The age of ninja is over”. He has Sasuke’s sword and headband amd he has a scar running down his face so obviously some shyt popped off.

Not only that, he’s running up against a villain(Kawaki) and organization(Kara) we have absolutely no clue about. Both have powerful ninjas from places that have not been talked about before.

This story is nowhere close to being fleshed out and you’re judging it on episodes that in Naruto’s timeline would’ve occurred before the start of that series.

Kishi said this series will get significantly more serious as time goes on.

A third Otsutsuki will be appearing in the Chunin Exam arc.
