I can't say what graphics card equivalent it is, and you can't really compare them anyhow since due to the closed nature of the system, much more performance will be able to be extracted compared to a pc with similar specs.

If you're not willing to build a monster rig, ps4 will be more than sufficient to get you through. You might start seeing significant advantages on the pc side in a few years time, but for the first years or so, pc will mainly be higher framerates and resolution and possibly physics given you have a monster rig to outmuscle the PS4 rendition.

A console TO ME, should be the go to device where i play games and only games. Not this ONE platform for everything bullshhh XBOXONE is going for. No man idgaf about skype, tv switching, blah blah blah. I want the company im buying my console from to share the same vision as me. Sony looking like it's doing that with its focus on gamers, exclusives, and less fluff like entertainment bullshhh.

XBOXONE is for casual COD, Madden fifa crowd ok. ye they have some exclusives (that are aged as fk), so show me those 15 AAA exclusives you promised and i might reconsider.

But till then its PS4 for me.

Sony has more than games, xbox is just better at it, if E3 shows wack games then talk, but dont act like more functionality is a bad thing, I never used the brower on my ps3 or xbox, but i wasnt over here crying talking about they let me browse the web, my gaming system should only play games when they added them....also im not saying go get an xbox, some of these rumors got me like say it isnt so

a gtx 560 ain't shyt anymore though. nvidia about the roll out the 700 series, and the 800 series will probably drop shortly after the consoles

XBOX their vision is basically to be the all in one entertainment device with Tv shows, sports etc FIRST. Gaming is second two them. Sony is banking on gamers first, ye they will have netflix etc but that is like icing on the cake. Sony has a completely different vision for the next gen as opposed to XBOX.

So you tell me what company you think will focus on gamers this gen? a company focused on games or a company focused on TV, sports and Fantasy league

He's the lead gameplay designer at Dice. Alot of the other Dice cats deleted the tweets they had praising the PS4 over the X1.

The internet has you confused. They can bring good gaming while bringing other things it doesnt have to be oh we can skype, that means gaming will suck. The people who make they xbox dont make the games, first and third party companies do, the people making killzone, halo, or games in general have spent zero time developing the new xbox, and like Microsoft has said they are bring 15 exclusives, half which will be new. Microsoft can build the xbox and bring us icing on the cake as you call it while the other companies/studios under them create the games.

A company like microsoft can focus on making the xbox good while making sure they have a lot of good connections with the studios that bring us the games. They have resources to do that


Also by having a kinect with every xbox, it gives devs a lot more options since they know everybody has a kinect

They're focused on inferior gaming. Their hardware is inferior therefore the potential for the system is inferior. Buying a console whos advantage is cable television, when you have the internet right at your finger tips. Doesnt seem like a good purchase.

I dont even have cable, hardware isnt everything software is very important..its why Android devices can have better hardware than an Iphone, and still lagg while the iphone will have an overall smoother OS, because the software isnt optimized for the hardware.

Microsoft is a the biggest software company in the world. I wouldnt count them out in the optimization department.

The PS3 had better hardware than the xbox, but it took years for their first party games to show it's potential, I dont think they ever got the best out of their chip.

Work smarter not harder is the key, who is going to optimize, and who is going to rely on hardware, and will it matter in the end

Also you seem to be under the impression that better graphics = better gaming, its going to come down to exclusives and we'll see who has better ones at e3

the gamedebate link rated the card a 10/10 and claimed it could play all games on high settings tho.
