the gamedebate link rated the card a 10/10 and claimed it could play all games on high settings tho.

I've been doin some reading.. This required internet connection is some bullshyt..
Its DRM..
I love the 360.. I hardly ever use my PS3.. I might have to cop that PS4..
Same here.. I just am disappointed right now with the steps Microsoft has taken..It is some B.S. I'm gonna get one since I dont game like I used to, I wont really get affected by it, since I get my games new, and stay with internet, and I like the kinect (I know im the only one) but I dont know why any of my xbox live friends will get one too, shyt seems like it is going to be a lot of money to play and continue to play, what happens if you cant afford internet, then all of a sudden you can play your xbox?
I doubt it I think its going to be like the xbox is now, the first system you install it on you can play offline, and any profile can too, but if you want to play on a different system then you have to be signed into live with the original profile to play, I can see me using this to buy games once for me and my sister, but of course we will know more at e3 hopefully, but it is all a bunch of bullshyt

All this graphics card shyt is irrelevant if devs don't design their games to scale. Which console devs hardly ever do since specs are specs and don't change across generations.
So it all comes down to exclusives and which platform the cross platform devs decide to develop on first and who gets the port.
I dont even have cable, hardware isnt everything software is very important..its why Android devices can have better hardware than an Iphone, and still lagg while the iphone will have an overall smoother OS, because the software isnt optimized for the hardware.
Microsoft is a the biggest software company in the world. I wouldnt count them out in the optimization department.
The PS3 had better hardware than the xbox, but it took years for their first party games to show it's potential, I dont think they ever got the best out of their chip.
Work smarter not harder is the key, who is going to optimize, and who is going to rely on hardware, and will it matter in the end
Also you seem to be under the impression that better graphics = better gaming, its going to come down to exclusives and we'll see who has better ones at e3

PS3 first party games always looked good. It was the multiplatform games that took a year to catch up. Some devs nailed it from the jump.
developers are saying the ps4 is going to be a high end pc. i mean i am going off what they are saying
Naw, first party games weren't obviously better looking until killzone 2, I went and bought it because it stood out, but xbox still caught back up, but I stopped paying attention to whats graphically best out years ago. PS3 had some okay looking games, but nothing for the supposed power it had until years later. Look at GT5 vs forza 4 imo Forza is a much better looking game, GT is one of those Playstation top dogs and they couldnt get it up to par graphically with their super chip, for awhile no PS game was touching gears or war graphically...im waiting on e3 tho, but PS3 didnt take advantage even with their 1st party games imho
I think the games will be around the same graphically for awhile, man I just thought about lil big planet, used to play that with my girl all the time, I think that and uncharted were the only games I had fun on, killzone 2 also, but the ps3 controller sucks, so i cant get jiggy with shooters on PlayStation, and then killzone 3 was imo bad and unplayable
