Seen a couple of Regular homes for rent $1800+ A month,,,,
1700 Square feet

Landscaping will be fukked off, most renters will not take the time with yards , i know i wouldn't,

Seems like everybody has 800+ Credit , A1 jobs and balling these to afford this Expensive shyt

Hopefully this shyt backfire on these fukks trying to force people to rent and jacking up rent prices
Ours is 1600sqft and we are looking at getting about $1800 a month out of it. After taxes and hoa we are looking to clear about $17k per year without lifting a finger.

The World, but from BK
Finally closed on my old apt. last week. We got about 80k more than we paid on it before taxes and agent fees. We still made out with a good amount. Anyway, I just seen a laundromat up for sale 2 blocks away from where I am at now. Might inquire about that.

If not that, I might help my brother with a downpayment on a house in Florida, but hesitant to mix money and family.

For a crash to happen there would have to be a drop in buyers. When there’s less buyers, there’s more houses available and they are cheaper. When there’s more buyers then there’s less houses available and the price goes up.

Usually crashes are predicated on events that lessen buying power.

I get it. But I don't see the demand for houses lessening if rent prices continue to skyrocket.

my property taxes only went up $20 between this year and last year. meanwhile, my house value has gone up like 100K :win:
Shocking considering y’all got the worst of all time property taxes. I was lookin to buy a home in Illinois and found a nice almost 4K sq foot home. Looked at those taxes and said I’m good.

Ehh a lot of assumptions here. Without lifting a finger provided:

-you find a solid reliable tenant who pays their rent on time
-they don't fukk up your house
-they are low maintenance and don't need to call you to come fix/check every little thing

Great stream of potential income but rarely is it ever so easy to where you don't even lift a finger

That’s what management companies are for, they take 1 months rent and handle all that shyt. It’s a low maintenance house, we’ve been there 12 years and only had to replace the water heater and a/c because it was the original system to that house built in 04.
