Housing shortage is the issue
Solution is build more starter homes and affordable apartment complexes. This is a governmental issue. Give tax incentives to builders to build less expensive homes. Outlaw unnecessary overregulated zoning laws that prevent housing from being built .
There’s no incentive that will be enough to satisfy these homebuilders/realtors running up these 150,000 dollar mortage scams on these crappy built homes and subdivisions.

You would think at some point some entrepreneur builder would have come up with the idea of specializing in starter home builds and cornered the market like early Tesla did.

There are already a bunch of uninhabited older homes just sitting in many of these cities. The government could just pay to have these renovated and updated to code.

Why would u stay @ a job in a state/city that you can't afford?

Never here about homeless people in Iowa or cold ass places where it cheap

Those places are where racist CACs live where black people disappear without justice. They are not safe places for anyone with pigment to live.

They keep building luxury apartments. I'm not sure if this is happening in all cities. But here in Minnesota that's all I see. Luxury apartments 90 percent of the time. Charging $3k-4k. We know it's to keep the black people out.

Relax Chairman Mao

I'm saying, demand has far outstripped supply. On the latest Odd Lots they had some Miami realtor broad, typical Kendall Cuban bottle girl who parlayed her way to million dollar deals. Anyway even in Miami at that baller level there's a shortage. Bidding wars for Aston Martin condo boxes and shyt. Overtown has a Starbucks and Publix, cuz of mad condos where 20 years ago dope boys ran wild. Then the climate shyt, even the broad said a bad hurricane could fukk up Miami real estate for years. Everyone is squeezed, developers only build luxury cuz it's bread in it. affordable housing is too much trouble for them, investors want quarterly profits and nothing else. Welcome to America.

Nah it's happening everywhere. The builders are seeing higher profit margins from luxury apartments so now that's all they are building

Breh did you know in America you used to be able to order a home via the Sears catalog and they would send you all the items to build it and the instruction manual? All you needed was the plot of land to put it on and you could build an entire home yourself

Relax??? :pacspit:

Your real estate buddies need to be hacked, and a good portion of their enablers, too.

I think we're at that point now where they won't do that, cause imma be honest with you, a fukking monkey could understand that's what should've been done for years now at this point but they ignore it cause all anyone wants to think about is saying "maga" and "both siders!" Trying to outrage each other

There’s 55 rentals right now under $1,000 a month on Zillow in Nashville and likely a bunch of others in the outskirts of the city. Plus you can always find a room rental or get roommates.

That guy makes more than people I know in NYC who aren’t homeless.

He works 50 hours a week at $21 an hour, his mom likely qualifies for public assistance, he lives in a car and says it’s hard to “keep up” when he should be stacking. On top of that his dirty ahh live in a car with a damn dog. :mjlol:
They probably don’t want to stay in a place where bullets are flying and prostitution is happening also bad credit too

What about the areas around Nashville, is that high too?
If you want to live in a decent spot and not have to worry about crime, you’re going to have to spend some bread.

I also don’t believe in counting overtime as consistent income as we all know that it isn’t.

Not to mention depending on how bad your credit is, you’re going to have to pay a higher deposit or have a co-signer.
