Side note, an interesting thing about that conversation, it was foreshadowing to season 5. The reason she doesn't turn him in is "I can't see why I should lay all this on my family when things may resolve themselves on their own without anyone else knowing". Which is what Walt/Skyler were saying in the second half of season 5, to Hank/Marie.
