Triple h has done nothing relevant as a booker so far

You can't give him credit for the bloodline angle because it started way before he was in charge

And again you guys are victims of recency bias

Austin mcmahon blows the bloodline shyt out of the water.. calling it the greatest angle ever is ridiculous
I never said it was the greatest angle ever.

Read the damn post :stopitslime:
Didn't the Reigns story start two years ago? Wyatt has done nothing...Omos meant nothing...Chelsea Green is doing nothing..Gargano is with a stalker? What is Larae doing? Wtf is up with Lacey Evans? Alexa Bliss is in another strange story that has led to nothing. He might make it right if Asuka wins the EC. She should take that belt off Bianca..been held back for too long.
The Reigns storyline has taken on an entirely new dimension the past 6 months.

People weren't talking about "this should be nominated for an Emmy" when Vince was running shyt.

Ask Sami, he just told y'all Vince had no intention in putting him in this angle.

And yeah, HHH is no magician, but he's nowhere near as incompetent as Vince's clown ass.
people are acting like Vince was running the company into bankruptcy. He was getting record profits. Things are better but Vince wasn't driving WWE off a cliff. That's mostly just an overly dramatic neckbeard agenda.

HHH DID add his own take on things and freshen things up tho.
Yeah, they were making record profits because of the Saudi shows and because he was cutting talent left & right. Anybody could be profitable that way.

Ratings were at record lows

Morale was at record lows

Attendance was down.

Tony Khan's whole operation exists because everybody hated working for Vince:heh:

Vinny Mac was lowkey running the company into the ground creativity. From January all the way up to August of last year, the shows were becoming damn near unwatchable until he stepped down.

He really was showing how out of touch he was with his audience and he showed no signs of changing.

Dude was becoming more reckless with his booking and it was becoming :mindblown: on the choices he was making.

I remember leading up to WM in Dallas, tickets weren’t selling as they expected and when the event got closer that’s when it got close to a sell out. That’s because the build up to the show was :pacspit:

Every other day a report was coming out about how low morale was and how folks had to walk on eggshells around him. Dude was repackaging wrestlers who really had no reason to be repackaged. He was just doing shyt and seeing if it sticks..

When Hunter took over creative it’s literally been night and day. Like OP said, attendance is up, ratings are up, everything is UP. WM tickets are doing record numbers and only 2 matches are confirmed.

Vince stepping away was best for business. And it seems like everybody knows that except him..

Vince was terrible, there was no consistency, everything was generic baby face vs heel stuff unless you were in the main event.

You couldn’t get over natural, you had to do one of his goofy outdated characters or he would bury or fire you. Speaking of

How many people got fired before getting a chance to get over ? He had a whole development company to mold into stars that fit WWE style and when they did catch steam
Names and gimmicks were being changed like no one ever watched NXT. He was basically burying his own development out of spite thus killing their momentum. Then when it didn’t work because it sucked he would fire them.

Let’s also mention how every PPV/PLE has been must watch since Hunter took over. Not having a show in December and giving the talent a break on the Xmas show was huge.

It’s not that HHH is the GOAT booker, it’s that he is atleast bringing back long term storytelling, continuity, he is more in touch with the younger audience and he lets the talent be the type of character they want to be and not forced into a box.

And for the people trying to point out a few Ls HHH has taken, I want to say something. So?

He needs a batting average of 1000. to receive props?

Sure give Vince props for starting the Sami idea but do we really believe a guy who doesn’t do any logical/entertaining long-term booking was going to have this outcome lol? Sure mania would have been Roman vs Cody but EC probably would have been Roman vs Brock 138282828282 lol.

Vince the same guy that couldn’t remember he did rematches over and over again, ruined organic moments/wrestlers getting over just to fukk with the crowd, tittles other than the wwe and women’s title mean nothing, and had no long-term booking past a month lol.

Dude wanted to fire Gunther lmao

The past few road to manias we always told each other “see you at mania” because there was no point in watching the trash build ups to feuds. Now every week the threads are deep and we are enjoying ourselves.

For all the people that said things would still be the same under HHH were wrong.
