Sudanese, Fulani, Nguni (South African) and Habesha Africans are pretty easy to point out and some Nigerian women have a certain "look" (eyes, face shape), but I've never been able to point out my own people in the diaspora :pachaha:.

African Americans have a ton of various African ethnicities in them so it's pointless to speculate what they may have in them.

There really no Sudanese look? When you mention "Sudan" it is not really saying much. It depends on the Segment of the population you are discussing.

Although i think the Nigerian Photographer should had shown the full diversity, i must admit it depicts the average person, but he should have some nilotic people represented, Darfurian, West African origin individuals, to be fair and accurate

, but then again after the south separated, the population demographic have definitely shifted in favor of the Nile Valley North in Khartoum.

To an untrained ear it kinda sounds like Arabic.
:usure:Amharic does not sound like Arabic
Tigrigna sounds like Arabic tho. Amharic to me is probably the most beautiful language in Africa, I can just listen to Amharic all day:ahh:Its the African equivalent to French .

habeshas are extremely diverse due to the absorbtion of different native highlander cushytic tribes like the agaw and the zagwe people over the centuries. Habeshas can range from this

I know. Also I'd assume all of those people minus pic 5 are East African (or Fulani in the case of the first girl) IRL.

Theyre all from the horn of Africa. East Africa is a large place with many different types of people like the nilotes etc.

I know that too. Nowhere did I say that wasn't the case :wtf:.

Marshawn Lynch and Gabby Douglas both look like athletes. If I said Lynch looks like an athlete it doesn't mean I don't think someone who looks like Douglas could be an athlete.

I'm not overreacting since I'm not at all upset, I just think you're patronizing me by 'correcting' me using common knowledge I was cognizant of years ago. I didn't say anything that suggested East Africa is entirely comprised of HOA. How can you not be aware of Nilotic and Bantu people in East Africa?

Nigerians have mistaken me for being Northern Nigerian..

I think that Hausa and Fulani are mostly the ones in Northern Nigeria and in my opinion African Americans do look a whole lot like them.

The more I see of the various African ethnic groups; the more and more I realize that the average African American look a whole lot like the people of Cameroon and the Congo too.

I think these are Cameroonian women:
