Warner already making the calls & Tony won't say no :wow:

Tony going to stick Punk on Saturdays, the inevitable is going to happen when the ratings are meh & then college football is going to drive them further into the ground, & then Warner is going to want Punk moved to Wednesdays because it's a better night for their ratings so Tony has to change up the whole rosters.

Tony naming his company after a group, giving them EVP titles, & then not backing them at all because he's a massive Punk mark right before their contracts all come up at the same general time is amazing stuff.

Also completely unrelated but :mjlol: at Warner giving AEW as much TV time as possible & flat refusing ROH like it isn't the same shyt from the same people. ROH name value was so negative they just couldn't be bothered.

If all the elite end up leaving all elite

The more you think about it, the better the move this is to keep Punk busy and Jericho from leeching off younger talent. Jericho can go toe to toe with Punk on the mic and not only can shoot on Punk if he goes off course, but given Punk's :mjlol:-level actual fighting skills, he'd probably get washed either by Jericho or by Hager. Punk going against JAS also keeps him tied to them for several weeks, not to mention gives FTR a new feud as well. For what it's worth, I don't think Punk gets the option picked up; assuming he has 6-7 months of injury time added to his deal (which IIRC would have been up in August), he might be done with the company in February or March.

Not really all that surprising. Snowman owns both but the contract calls for WBD paying AEW; there's nothing in the contract about ROH and broadcasting their matches took away from the content they're paying to air. Maybe in the new contract (which I think AEW might get 9 figures for if WBD is set to air a second live 2 hour show) they'll include ROH for more live content on their app, but until then, contract calls for AEW talent, not ROH.

When does that faggit go on tour/vacation? Dont nobody wanna see that shyt :what:

He'll go on tour when he hears the words "Chris, it's time for you to take a few weeks off and head home to see your family."

Maybe a JAS forever feud is Punk's punishment? It's like WishMaster granting him a wish that backfires. You get your wish of coming back, but it's on saturday with low ratings and it's a feud with JAS :mjlol:

Jericho is the most famous face on the show every week and y’all beloved “casual fans” know him. Isn’t it about the ratings?

Jericho ain't drawing ratings like that anymore, every time he's in the main event it makes 0 positive difference for Dynamite
