Who says it's going to be a next trial? Their two biggest witnesses Jen and Jay can't be put back on the stand again, which would make it difficult to convict him again especially considering that those same prosecutors that helped convict Adnan helped Jay out years later after he got into other trouble.
No.

Two big witnesses changed their mind after the years went by and I do not believe the DNA will prove anything.

I already suspect something would be in the car, he was her boyfriend for a grip.

But, Jay's story will not hold up and he's the main one saying he saw the body.

Plus, the suspect who had a relative live next to where the car was found seems like the one.

The DNA was found on her body, so it definitely will help prove something which is why I'm surprised it hasn't been tested yet. It's why I always thought he was guilty as he was rather non-chalant whenever they would bring up the topic of that particular evidence.

This man was framed by corrupt prosecutors and a lying witness. Plus the jury, they need to be bought to justice. :francis:

Never in my life have I heard of a prosecutor asking for a conviction to be vacated. There must be some shyt they were made aware of to shake their confidence :ohhh: prosecutors Wouldn’t even ask to vacate in instances where the person is very clearly innocent like all the bite mark cases:mjlol:
what's the difference between this prosecutor asking for it to be vacated vs all the enoxerations we have been seeing as of late?

Thought the same thing after listening to the podcast years ago. But let me read through what’s been happening since then.
Brady violations and new evidence plus two new suspects.

It is so rare for prosecutors to admit they have no confidence in a conviction.

I have to read up and watch all the stuff on this one day. This latest events happened very quickly, what new evidence came for them to move so fast?

Basically he was getting his case reviewed for years and after the Supreme Court rejected to review it, earlier this year the procesuctors looked at it again and I guess they came out with two new suspects and decided to recommend the courts drop it

They have DNA they didn't test also

Trust me, listen to the Serial podcast and you'll wonder how he got into jail in the first place

All due respect to his lawyer, she was getting older and had some fuctional issues that ppl say effected her lawyering

Serial about his case got to be the GOAT crime podcast I ever heard

Adnan's case is all Season One

Season three, they follow a bunch of cases in Cleveland and it's heartbreaking how bad the justice system can be

He did that shyt. There's no other explanation for Hae's death. Unless you think Jay worked with some super serial killer on the low. Thinking Adnan is innocent makes zero sense to me. Dude couldn't even answer questions convincingly from Koenig. Lying ass ho with his psycho groupie Rabia.

There's no other explanation? Yikes

Crooked ass police and prosecutors can actively withhold evidence showing someone else committed a crime. Think about how many folks in jail for having a trash attorney or the state withheld evidence that exonerates them :scust:
