I highly doubt that they'll retry him again considering all of the evidence that has come out over the years and the fact that their two biggest witnesses (Jen and Jay) have sort of recanted their statements. If anyone deserves credit, then it's Rabia, Susan and Colin as a lot of the HBO and other shows basically used the evidence that helped research.
Posting in this thread sent me on a roller coaster after years of barely hearing about anything other than denied appeals.
Like, so many ppl avoid trials and just take a plea because of how shytty cases can be brought against you.
You murdered your ex-girlfriend months after breaking up, despite being a "player," and chocked her to death and left no phsyical evidence despite the cops finding the car you killed her in and her body.
RIP to Hae, I hope something comes out of those two suspects, but, the case is bad, bad.

I listened to the podcast religiously and believe he did it simply based on the interviews that the podcaster did with him while he was in jail. He was so indifferent and cavalier it came across as sociopathic. I'd be hard pressed to believe a man completely innocent of murder and wrongfully imprisoned for 20 years would be so flippant.

Who says it's going to be a next trial? Their two biggest witnesses Jen and Jay can't be put back on the stand again, which would make it difficult to convict him again especially considering that those same prosecutors that helped convict Adnan helped Jay out years later after he got into other trouble.

Jay is a tremendous piece of shyt.. we all know this. However, I fully expect them to file charges anew.
It hasn't been talked about for years, but I would assume that they'll probably try and test that DNA evidence they found at the crime scene as that'd probably be the biggest piece of evidence that they have now.

We will never know the answer to that...The burden of proof during the trial was on the state and they failed to prove he did it beyond a reasonable doubt...He should of never been locked up and I hope he sues...
