Adnan Syed released and all charges dropped

Nothing with Jay makes sense now that that Adnan is innocent, or when he's pronounced innocent after they inevitably arrest one of the 2 suspects they have.

Jay is not one if the 2 suspects is he? Did I read it wrong and they had stated its 2 suspects that were not investigated prior? Or was Jay not looked into before so he can be one of the 2 suspects.

This whole thing is bs. I doubt it's even 2 suspects. Clearly they know who it is, because the State never ever vacates convictions unless the evidence is unanimous - DNA and forensics. Just the mere mention that one of the suspects committed sexual assault and rape years later makes me feel its obviously that guy, because why even release that info?

alonzo sellers is definitely one of them the one who got polygraphed 2 times (one who found hae's body, i believe the one who lived near where the car was found too) he was called Mr. S on the Serial podcast.

Bilal is more than likely the other one as he got caught around that time with a underaged minor in his car (although he wasn't charged) and is in jail now years later for sexual assault of his patients.

i really do think Jay lied, no matter what lol. if he buried a body with him... it's a little different, but the way that story was orchestrated i'm almost certain is proven false by every timeline so he still lied. i think he even admitted to lying in the original tell all that came out at the end of 2014.


i don't think any charge will be put upon jay for perjury even now. dude clearly had a deal. he was an informant.

I get the frustration because we ALL know the Justice system puts innocent people behind bars ALL the time.

But there is no confusion with Jay anymore bro. Adnan being innocent now obviously makes Jay a liar. The question now is why did he lie, who did lie for or was he told to lie?

Rabia alluded to it in her book that his victims were young men, but I also think it was a situation in where the community banded together to help protect him. The only reason I say it's him is because no one else fits the bill with their arrest years later as Mr. S was indecent exposure and one of Jay's was domestic violence which prosectors helped him out of it. If it was one of them, then we would have heard about it by now.

i'm currently rewatching hbo doc, then gonna relisten to undisclosed adnan related episodes.

i think i also saw the little boys shyt on the original serial reddit at the time. it was such a shyt show

I say that the community protected him as it was always obvious that the minor he got caught with wasn't his only victim, yet he never ended up serving any time in jail for the encounter as no one else spoke up against him. It also didn't help matters that the minor said that they consented to the encounter as well.

It wasn't until years later during his time as a dentist did he end up serving jail time for sexual assault, which is why I say that he is one of the people mentioned in the article as a possible suspect. With that being said, I don't think that he killed her as all of his accusers have been male, but I can't think of anyone else in the story who has had those type of charges in later years.
