He definitely did that shyt, and then had the black kid helped him bury the body... The black kid literally admitted to this. Just seems like something stupid to lie about. If he is going to lie, why would he lie and say "I helped bury the body"?

Also the things he lied about still implicate Adnan. He lied about where Adnan showed him the body, and he lied about where Adnan killed her. THe reason he lied was because he was afraid of being caught for weed.

The serial podcasters even said the "spine" of Jay's story remains the same. Adnan killed her and showed him the body, but where he showed him the body and where Adnan killed her change....

Also notice the COALITION of white women saying Adnan didnt do it...

This is a great example of how to always DENY, DENY. DENY. Never admit you did something even if you found guilty.

He probably did that shyt. His family just can't accept it. There was this part in the podcast where the interviewer asked him about being in prison when he's innocent and he just brushed it off. He became more Islamic in prison and gave off the vibe that he had asked God for forgiveness and moved on. If you innocent you shouting if from the rooftops

Don't forget the fact that Adnan can tell you about everything he did that day except where he was when the murder supposedly took place. They didn't say in that article, but I would assume that they tested that DNA evidence and it didn't come back to Adnan, hence the update. I would also assume that the two people they're referring to are Jay and Bilal.

He still did that shyt, but he shouldn't have been the only one in jail.

I watched the HBO doc a while back but i thought dude was guilty. The police did a terrible job as usual but something about dudes demeanor, threw me off. It's almost as if he did it and has put it behind him. He's super calm and optimistic every time they had him speak from jail. dude has no emotions.
What does any of this mean? What about the evidence?

This ain't timeout from your parents.

The trial was bullshyt and the cellphone data shyt shouldn't have been admissable in court

There's reasonable doubt that he did it

Hell, they never proved that Jay or Adnan were at Best Buy when he supposedly showed him the body

Maybe he did do it, but, that trial never proved it

That's not evidence to shyt :mjlol:

He could've called her and that wouldn't have been evidence that he was accident

What evidence puts him at the scene of the crime?

Who witnessed Adnan with Hei the day she was murdered?

Literally Jay, who was prolly pressured by the cops, said he saw her body. Son said he helped bury the body :laff:

You're forgetting forgetting important details and person in the story in particular who helped lock Adnan up as well. In fact, she was the point who pointed them to both Jay and Adnan and in turn saved Jay from jail. Now of court, she's questioning the entire thing years later, but she's still a big part of the story.

Son was a career criminal

Adnan never got in trouble...dude don't go from that to jealous murderer boyfriend...he had no defensive marks on him and didn't leave any DNA in her car

That's Dexter type shyt to get away with

Jen Pusateri. The person who pointed police in the direction of Jay and in turn Adnan. She relayed the information that Jay told her about the murder that he in turn told the police. How else do you think that they knew to look at Jay in the first place especially that he was using her phone that night?

They both did that shyt, but he had the benefit of making it the police before Adnan did and getting a deal in return.

I've been watching this on HBO and listened to the podcast. That lady said Adnan is so nice and he's not capable of murdering someone lol. Meanwhile, our people are getting killed in the streets and nobody gives a fukk. News flash though...............Adnan is guilty. I'm glad to know that he will rot in jail.

I also watched the documentary, and my feelings is that he is not guilty, at least there is a reasonable doubt that he did not do it.

1. Jay changed his story too much and I think the police coached him.

Here's an interview with him saying he saw the body at the grandma's house;

Is this when you first saw Hae’s body in the trunk of her car?

No. I saw her body later, in front of of my grandmother’s house where I was living. I didn’t tell the cops it was in front of my house because I didn’t want to involve my grandmother. I believe I told them it was in front of ‘Cathy’s [not her real name] house, but it was in front of my grandmother’s house. I know it didn’t happen anywhere other than my grandmother’s house. I remember the highway traffic to my right, and I remember standing there on the curb. I remember Adnan standing next to me.

Now, check this;

The fuzziness of what Jay told police was amplified by the testimony of his friend Jennifer Pusateri, seen in archival footage and in new interviews for the series, whose house Jay spent time at the afternoon he claimed he helped Adnan bury Hae Min Lee after Adnan strangled her inside her Honda in a Best Buy parking lot.

Jenn testified that Jay told her that Adnan had told him that he had killed Hae in the Best Buy parking lot; she says in the show she didn't find out until two weeks before Syed's murder trial started that Jay had also helped bury Hae.

He first told police he did not help bury Hae, but admitted to supplying Adnan with a shovel. Earlier in the day Adnan, Jay said, Adnan had said he was upset at Hae for dumping him, then he loaned Jay his car to go buy Jay's girlfriend Stephanie a present, saying he could pick him up at track practice at the high school later. Instead, Adnan (a friend, but not a close friend, according to multiple accounts) called him at Jenn's to pick him up at the Best Buy, where he showed him Hae's body in the trunk of her car. Adnan and Jay then went back to his friend Cathy's house to smoke pot, but Adnan got a phone call and left. Wilds later testified at trial that he did help Adnan dig the grave.

Jenn says she didn't know he helped, but, there's shyt with her saying she saw him change his clothes and hid a shovel.

It sounds like Jay got caught up and the cops wanted to pin this on Adnan and they coached Jay.

2. Jen, nowadays don't even seem to believe what he said;

Pusateri also provided more details about her interactions with Wilds after the murder — most notably Wilds tossing the dirty clothes and boots he wore that night, as well as dumping the shovels he and Syed supposedly used to dig Lee’s grave — which eventually lead to the police interviewing Wilds and then using his interviews to help justify their case against Syed. Perhaps most crucially, however, Pusateri told the cops that Wilds called her that day and told her to come get him at Best Buy.
“I thought he told me it happened at Best Buy,” she says. “Jay obviously picks and chooses what he tells, and at this point it’s created such a mess.”

3. Yes, Adnan has some suspicious activity, but, not enough to make him the killer. Especially when there's no accompanying physicals evidence. Most ppl go to prison off testimony and no physical evidence. But, they had the opportunity to test Hei's body for any evidence that Adnan assualted/murder her and they didn't. I just don't trust Jay enough to believe his story.

4. Lowkey, there's some weird shyt about her, too...

----

Again, is Adnan "innocent"? I don't know

But, he's not guilty beyond reasonable doubt
