Most people don't realize the so called Negro Leagues were bringing in big money to the black community back in the day. It was not until Jackie Robinson was STOLEN, that the League fell apart and our best athletes started playing for rich cacs. And on the entertainment side, black music is one of if not the biggest money maker in the world but we don't own none of it. Ain't that some shyt? Even movies wise, Blaxplotaintion saved Hollywood ass in the 70s and was raking in hella money even though it was cheap to make. Most of the movies were garbage too, imagine if we sent our best filmmakers to make modern day Blaxplotaintion style like movies
