I’m open to any young big man from this draft, u don’t seem to understand the warriors won’t have this chance again. They have no big men signed beyond the upcoming season and are over the cap. They are fuked because chriss will probably leave, then what? If they don’t get a young big man this draft there stuck with using the mle every year on aging front court players. They need new blood upfront not for this upcoming season but for the next 4 years.

even if they get wiseman they still need another big man
They MIGHT have Chriss's early bird rights and thus can resign him for another year. They'd then have his bird rights completely and could sign him to whatever they wanted the following season. It depends on how much he want's to be a Warrior and how the cap is next season.

Things are different with bron/ad, they’ve changed the landscape. Playing small ball against them is death. Watching Miami being so helpless inside was terrifying. It’s just not la, you got teams like mil.
Playing small against them is the only way to win. Unless you have someone like Embiid or Jokic.

Did you not see in the playoffs when the Rockets had control early in their series, forcing the Lakers to go small (by phasing Dwight and McGee out of the rotation)? And no, Bron/AD have not changed the landscape - their small-ball lineup won them a title. Don't mistake AD's size for them playing big. He's just an anomaly who can defend and shoot from all over the floor.

One of the main reasons why the Bucks can exist as they are, is that Brook transformed his game into being one of the best shooting big men. If he couldn't stretch the floor, they'd be running small-ball lineups all the time. And it's funny how you say that Miami was helpless inside against the Lakers, and then you bring up Milwaukee as another big-orientated team, when they got clowned by Miami.
Right now I would say the warriors have a bottom 5 front court, what is your opinion?
Thereabouts.

The Warriors frontcourt needs shooting and it needs versatility/experience. You're not getting that with Wiseman.

I don't see how they could have his bird rights if he's been on the team less than 3 seasons and was signed as an unrestricted free agent.
"Early" bird rights only need 2 years. Means they can sign up to 175% of current contract for the following season. For Chriss that would be somewhere around 3.5 million.

bron/ad is not a little man lineup, they create serious mismatches no team was able to solve this year. Miami beat mil easily because they collapsed on giannis and forced his teammates to beat them. Giannis is also a flawed player with no outside shot and average passing skills. Notice how Miami wasn’t able to do that to bron or ad. Bron/ad is such a paradox to deal with, even in their so called small lineup there still bigger and more athletic then everybody

Dubs should consider Myles Turner in a trade for the trade exception

Indy prob wants to get him off the books

he fits the profile of a modern big who can hit the three and block shots

I’m not even sure they’ll use the exemption knowing there won’t be fans in the stands when they reboot in dec.

Curry-Klay-Wiggins-Draymond-Turner is a top 5 starting lineup

Sign Dwight, draft Deni & sign ring chasing vets with playoff exp to min deals

Boom, you have a real contender again

They not trading for Turner. He makes too much money and I don't think they think he's worth paying that much in luxury taxes. Plus he'd cost a 1st minimum.

For all that just draft Wiseman who scouts say at his floor is Myles Turner/DeAndre Jordan.

Unless Jae Crowder signs with us for the minimum there's nobody the Warriors are gonna get this offseason that'll put them back in "death lineup" position. Best case scenario is having the size to where they don't go small in the first place, AD doesn't like playing center, or playing Looney in the closing lineup which is what's most likely gonna happen anyway. It's easy to forget because he's been injured so much but Looney closed Games 5-6 vs the Rockets in 2019 and all 4 games vs the Trailblazers and played excellent. He's the 5th player closing unless he's hurt or some magical 2-way wing drops out of the sky for cheap.

If Looney can stay in front of guards I think he'll do adequately against AD or any other Laker big when healthy.

That would quite possibly be the best outcome for the Warriors, unfortunately, Bjorkgren has insinuated that Turner will be an integral part of the Pacers offense going forward. He would definitely be the best possible fit for this team though. It'd be hard to fault that starting lineup.

Nobody is trading Stretch Centers who can rebound and defend after what AD was doing in the playoffs

You gotta groom one which is why we all want Wiseman who has the potential to be that

If I recall, Pacers had an issue with playing Sabonis & Turner, and they liked Sabonis better
