if you look at 10-12 seconds there's a cut from daemon sitting on a bed in casual clothes and then to alicent

and daemon is gonna do something to really really piss viserys off this episode.

And look at the actor they cast for Aemond

And Daemon

Daemon and Aemond are anagrams of each other

But from the rest of the trailer it seems like they're setting up something between him and Rhaenyra and that might be what pisses him off so idk.

you guys think HBO is gonna ride the show all the way to the Blackfyre rebellion? the logical thing would be another spin off but if the quality remains and the audience keeps watching why not make House of the Dragon a general Targ fukkery show instead of a Dance of the Dragons one? they could easily keep it going all the way till Robert's rebellion, we would have the Dance, The Blackfyres rebellions, The Nine Penny Kings and Robert's Rebellion.

I think context is necessary here

Dany's ASOIAF chapters are written with certain genre perspectives in mind. That's a large part of what makes it so good

Dany's chapter's are written like female led/typical YA novels where the stories are told in a way that appeals to female readers. They have all the typical traits of a girl finding herself, being oppressed and objectified, being courted and desired by various men, etc

 A lot of men didn't like Dany chapters/scenes because they're based on the type of stories men don't typically watch. Coincidentally, this is what makes the subversion of her being the Mad Queen so good(as an idea)

When you consider all the other case of subversion in the series, Grrms deifying of Dany fits right in

I understand why nikkas hate Dany chapters/scenes, but they were a very deliberate device on GRRMs end

I wonder if they'll change Laenor's backstory. Because how the children look will be a dead give away in the show.

The kids’ looks were a dead giveaway in the books too. They had black hair instead of silver so people immediately got to talking.

Could Robert have actually fathered Marcella, and Cersei was just wrong? She may have forgotten to drink that liquid Plan B they used
