Concerning b*stard children in Westeros. If both parents are of noble birth but weren't sanctioned to marry would their baby be a b*stard as well?

It seems like the only b*stards in the books are from jumpoffs.

Also I find it weird that Roose Bolton would be in cahoots with his fukk ass b*stard son who may have had something to do with the death of his legit son Domeric.

I know kinslaying is a big taboo in Westerosi culture but why didn't Roose try to kill Ramsay by proxy or something? Or does the laws on kinslaying covers that too?

shyt has me all because Ramsay looks like he'd kill Roose given the right opportunity.

I know in IRL you're still an illegitimate child if you're were born out of wedlock even if you're parents stay together, I just want to know if the same applies in Westeros because usually the b*stards are a result of a noble seeing a jump off WHILE his already married to another woman.

Yup, little down syndrome Robert Arryn. I'm so happy lysa is dead. I hated the Vale's neutrality, she coulda sealed the deal for the North before the Red Wedding even happened.

That sickly little boy is going to die before there's a damn wedding. This is what I get for listening to the audio book for some of this. I swear I'm blanking out. I could have sworn he (Lil fingah) had a new plan for her, and scrapped her marrying that annoying little boy. I just wanna know if they're ever gonna figure who really killed lysa, but I'm sure he'll worm his way out of it if they do. This new book is never coming out. I'll probably have to do a reread anyway because there are a lot of things that I missed.

nah ya got it twisted...hes marrying "alayne" to harrold hardyng, whos the next in line to rule the vale of arryn if robbert dies. and after the wedding, hes going to conveniently reveal that alayne is really sansa stark , oldest child living of nerd stark and heir to winterfell
