They weren't, but typically, you'll see that kind of talk reserved for after the fight. You don't see dudes go from "He's trying a new approach", to "He's washed" to "Are we sure he ever really had it like THAT?" in the span of 15 minutes, even if they're on a string of losses as bad as Ferguson.

He can go to another org and still dominate. Like I said, he's still good enough to be journey man status or grab a belt at something like Bellator/PFL. So it's not completely over for him. He's just not going to be a top fighter in the UFC anymore.
