Fam, if you put your hand on another man's shoulder technically can be classed as an assault.
regardless, for a conviction, you have to show clear intent. Just as many courts would throw the case out as would convict. Its really down to personal interpretation what stops being an inappropriate encounter and actual intent to assault someone. The fact is, she told him to stop and he did.

I have a homegirl that has been one of my closest friends for damn near 20 years. Under no circumstances am I going on a road trip with her alone and sharing hotel rooms, especially if she has a partner. Just because she is a friend does not mean normal male/female boundaries do not apply.
NeoGaf was not a perfect site by any means, but it was only one of the very few gaming sites that I've been across that wasn't highly infected by alt-right. red pilled a$$holes. That shyt is all over gamefaqs, IGN, twitch.etc and it makes being a member of those sites a pain.

What ended up happening is this dude had no game and got taken advantage of. If they were doing something professional, in no way should they have had a room together, nor should they have been drinking together in that room. You really have to think about the intentions of a woman who is getting drunk with a dude that isn't her boyfriend. She wanted to get whatever connections, perks he had to offer, was smart enough to get him in a situation that he infer something was going to go down and unfortunately for him, she didn't find him sexy. Otherwise, we would have never heard about this.
