It goes against his first amendment right, as long as he did not violate some type of dress code (and he can fight against that anyway) then he can express himself through his dress.

The federal government and the states have long been permitted to limit obscenity or pornography.

Obscene: Offensive or disgusting by accepted standards of morality and decency.

BET deemed it as obscene. You have no argument for the right to free speech.

When I was younger, I use to like to sneak in my moms closet and try on her high hill shoes, but she eventually caught me in the act one day and gave me a good bytchlick with a whip on the back of my young and tender neck; ever since then I never had the urge to wear high hill shoes again.

Maybe his mom should of done the same and she would have saved him from turning into a freak but now its too late.:to:

Human rights are "commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being

Understood, affirmative, copy, fukking roger, but WHICH right is being violated is what I'm asking how many different ways do I have to put that?

BET deemed what as obscene? Please, when they know damn well they have celebrities going to their award show with nothing but pasties barely covering their titties but a queer person wants to dress themselves in a way that is somehow offensive because it expresses their gender/sexuality?

BET better act right, they need to smarten up. Queer blacks have long existed, and for them to blatantly be queerphobic is just disgusting on their part. I hope he drags them to hell.

A man dressing as a woman is not crazy to you?

:heh: its crazy as fukk breh, but that doesnt mean they shouldnt be able to do what makes them happy. Some people might find what you do is crazy, but should they stop you from doing it?

It depends what your jobs dress code is, and even so, if it violates your first amendment right then you can fight against it. Look I'm not saying go to work naked or whatever, I'm just saying it's wrong that a queer man's rights were violated because some dumbass channel he worked for couldnt understand and acted ignorant.

A company can tell their employees how they want them dressed
while on the job. You're trying to use the fact that he is gay to give him some extra freedoms that nobody else gets.

But if the dress code is unreasonable they can sue the company for violating their first amendment right.

How do you gay people have extra freedoms nobody else gets? They can barely get married.

Yes long as its Deemed appropriate for the work place. Company says only wear dress clothes...fine, but if the guy wanted to wear woman's dress clothes than whats problem?

Company says you can only wear, street clothes. Ok so whats wrong with a guy wearing woman's street clothes, or a woman wearing man street clothes.

Thats the point Im trying to make.

Haha I swear man :pachaha:

WHICH one of HIS rights, is being violated?

If you still can''t answer this I'm done breh. :snoop:

He's rights as a person to dress how he wanna dress if its being deem as appropriate for the occasion.

Company says " hey breh you can only wear dress and business casual clothes for the work place "

Breh says ok fine, comes in following the guide lines but in woman's clothing and he gets denied.

What was wrong with it besides the fact he had on a dress or some shyt. Same kind of dress a woman would wear to work with no problem.

See my point.
