Keeping this core and testing this off season with all those free agents sounds better than parting ways with them shipping off the young guys for AD especially since it’s not a “right now” kind of thing for LA. The coming free agency will be deep as hell, but if the opportunity ever presented itself where the NO front office is willing to do a deal, It is what it is I guess.

All in all this was really a step up for the team. Damn near everyone played good on offense for the first 90% of the game. The bad ending doesn't change that.

At least is should just dead the talk that all the team needed was Bron taking a step back in crunch time.

The biggest issue for these players is still defense. Multiple elite potential defenders out there and they still giving up 117 points because they have holes all over the roster. For all Kuz's scoring he's still got issues on the other end, Hart too, and none of the centers really look like the long-term solution.

But really, most of all the game just proved that one signing gonna be more important than any other...

I hadn’t thought of that. If there’s any potential weakness for us it’s Luke’s inexperience coaching in the playoffs.
