Being realistic, some of you just wait to shyt on him and the energy isn’t the same when he rescues the team. Just same level of intensity on both ends.
There is also a faction of the Bron base that wont call him out with the same energy when he messes up/ gets passive/commits bad turnovers late. So theres people asking for things from others that they wont do themselves. We know there are Kobe loyalists within the Laker base that have their arms folded when Bron is performing well. They don't even accept good games unless its a good game the way they want him to play. But Bron stans gotta realize that the true Laker base has seen 5 championships (older ones have seen more) and probably rooted against Bron for a long time. Gonna take a while to warm up to him fully. They probably don't have a deep appreciation of his run due to their general disregard for the eastern conference. They are also used to leadership being straight forward, Kareem, Magic, Worthy, Riley, Kobe, Shaq, Phil, Fisher, the OG Buss. That's where Bron has to make the adjustment and grow as a leader. He cant be here thinking he already has all the answers. No wiping away young teammates here, play with them and help them develop. Face to face, man to man. No running to IG or Twitter. I think both sides will eventually mesh well.
