It's not just for recruitment, but also ESG type shyt and to be recognized as a diverse workplace, win awards, positive surveys etc

I'm not sure what you're getting at here. So if someone hates STEM, they should still do it just because it's the best prospects?

There's no PII in the video from what I saw. Google wouldn't care unless she was showing something actual compromising to the company.
I've worked for a few of these big tech companies (not Google yet), but they are all kinda the same in that regard.

As for your first statement, 100% correct. I have a family member who is a lawyer for Google, and... yes. Google aint shyt when it comes to hiring black people.
