Big question is how a small group of people are able to oppress a majority. It has to do with mindset. Honestly, if a bully won’t listen to you when you talk to them…what’s the next step?

Black people need to start getting comfortable with that next step. Because they don’t respect anything else.

Terrorism. The white minority won't provide basic municipal utilitiies, ie fire fighting and ambulance., and actively stop black men from using tax payer provided equipment to do it themselves.

Nothing to do with a mindset, unless by mindset you mean the fear of being lynched. These people have the entire local government on their side, decent bp would end up in prison.
