I'm still not getting this comparison.

With the PS3 the entry point was raised, it wasn't a mid gen refresh. You had to pay 600 to play new Playstation games, no other options.

This is simply offering a higher priced premium product, but the entry point is the same.

You can get into the games/entry point/price as why this generation is worse than others. But PS5Pro isn't the main reason.

Consoles are owned and driven by mainstream customers. The whole point of a console is so that people can play games and not break the bank.

sony telling their customers the PS5 is inadequate after not living up to the promises they made with that console, and now asking for $900 more just to play TLOU2 again IS a slap in the face.

Some of you will defend it to no end, but fans being upset is more than justified right now
