Secured my first round phone interview :blessed:

If I were to get this job then that’d be 3 people departing from a team of 6 in about 3 months.

But hey, the economy is doing well and we are due for another correction soon. I’d rather get more money and skills elsewhere and ensure I get to Nigeria with a strong skillset :manny:

There’s no loyalty in this game.

The creative juices are FLOWING brehs :wow:

I really want to set something up where I find people jobs & I get a guaranteed 10% or so, cause i'm great when it comes to resumes/wording/persistence/etc and that would be a LOOOT of residual income over time. I might have to sit down with a recruiter one day to find out how it's all done.

Its not hard to doo but the industry is oversaturated wit “companies” where folks had the same idea. There are probably 2-3xs the amount of recruiters/companies doing this now then there arw candidates.

Nahhhhh. I already been doing this shyt personally and i'm not talking about being a recruiter who just reaches out to companies.

I'm talking about getting shyt started from point A to B and put the work in most people can't/aren't willing to do. I create the resume, I create the job profiles, I do the application. All they would have to do is the actual interview.

I was randomly reading about Wholesaling on BiggerPockets.com, trying to school myself on the whole process, then the VERY NEXT DAY I get an Uber to the crib and my driver is a real estate broker who posts on BiggerPockets.com forums. The odds. Dude said he works in NYC but picks up rides sometimes on the way back to NJ. I thought, "cool."

Got this cac talking and he basically gave me an hour long crash course on the South Jersey real estate market. Dude gave me his card, offered to connect me with some cash buyers when I'm ready and told me the best places to look for buyers on my own (mainly places with large Jewish communities but he gave some specific ones). I soaked all that shyt up. Gonna keep reading then put that information to good use.

Is that what it's called?

Say I know some people that need a chiropractor and I want to sell them to a chiropractor for a sort of referral fee

Lol. YOU are better off doing licensing deals
with medical professions since referral fees are banned.

Anyway yes, it’s one of the most lucrative ways to bank hard with less work/stress.

The key is your positioning.

Damn what kinda slave hours they got you working? :dahell:

BRUUUUHHHHHHH......my team just lost 2 members. We're down to 4 from 6. To be 100%, 2 of the other 3 people on my team don't really have the skills to perform the work required. My manager was essentially like look, you all we got right now to hold things down. Add to that that it's end of the year and end of the quarter right before Christmas. Everyone is scrambling at the moment.

I'm looking at the upside, by January I'm simply gonna be like "I've been holding down the responsibilities of someone at level 4 despite having the title and compensation of someone at level 3" Something's gonna have to give :manny:

I'm looking at this as a blessing in disguise. A pay bump and a promotion by January/February would be clutch. I'm already on course to be debt free by end of January. I can accelerate my savings and other plans with that. Get a nice little nest egg before the predicted downturn of 2019.

BTW: Posted here so I didn't down rail the thread in "The Gym"
