Had 2 interviews this week
1. Contract role that pays $20K more than current gig, and i go back fully remote. I cooked in the interview and already have an offer on the table
2. Full time perm, hybrid (20 min commute), $40-60K increase, great brand recognition, and my role changes. I hear back next week
Either way I give notice on Monday
What exactly is an MSP? I seen the acronym but never learned what it meant.I really should be getting paid more. Dude probably makes over 200K to 300K in charge of security and multiple security folks. Whole wireless network is running unencrypted .
With that said, I love working on compliance . I just give remediation plans lol.
fukkers rely on MSP's for everything while not realizing a lot MSPs have hundreds of clients and not paying attention to your shyt like that.

It's incredibly frustrating to watch senior leaders make wrong decision after wrong decision. I wish I could just not care, rest and vest but it just isn't in my nature.
Yeah I plan on finishing my masters within the next year (which they are paying for) then evaluate my options. It's a shame because my role is very good. I have a lot of visibility and clout but I just think these dumbass execs are going to make it very hard for the future with these boneheaded decisionsShout out to you breh. I had to bounce. I saw the writing on the wall and got out as soon as my money allowed me.

Zero clawback with my company. Can leave day after graduation with no penaltyDon't you have to stay at least 2 years, if they pay for your degree?
