I used to take a whole 30 minute walk, daily. Not to mention me repeatedly deleting my local Maven repository and rebuilding my code, just to appear busy to people around me. It's all about keeping up appearances when you want to sit and do nothing. For me, WFH allows me to push through those periods more quickly by just doing what I feel like doing. No fake productivity because it ain't productive . After I've comfortably fukked around for 15, 30, 120 minutes, then I can get back at it.I say this all the time, when I worked in the office 75% of the time was spent bsing, talking about non work related shyt, about 25% spent doing actual work.
