Been getting more wins on projects after a lot of back and forth with clients. Ever since my boss left I’ve been pretty swamped-hopefully they recognize all my great work in my review next month! Unfortunately I’m not at the role level where I can own my own book of business but I have good momentum.

Lots of tech layoffs looming so hopefully this won’t impact out bottom line too much.

i'm going to shoot myself if i see one more novel about how proud someone is to take on a new role, some diatribe about how much more of a woman you are for being a working mom, some captain obvious BS top 5/10 tips for being a successful "....."

Lol I deleted the app. Linkedon is toxic. I have also notice some co0n posts too .

Lol people thanking a million people after a job offer. Like bro, companies don't give a shyt about you. I have seen too much man.

Out of college being on call were older workers are being forced to retire by threats of reducing their pension by 25 percent and seeing upper management say 16 percent of organizations will be cut made me realize how cutthroat it is out t here.

As someone who is both interviewing candidates and interviewing for a role, you gotta be thoro with candidates to make sure they understand the process. Last thing you want to do is alienate a candidate you're high on, or have a candidate felt lead on or lied to and then they blast you on glassdoor or a follow up survey.

Tried to withdraw out of interview process, and they were like "Breh, you sure? It can't hurt. We're close to making an offer, you can surely make a decision after that. The team is excited to meet you!"

Oh yeah I did similar with one of my boys who left the company (and went on to do bigger and better things ). I also had a weekly meeting for half an hour where a group of us just sat around and shot the shyt.
