Someone deleted the changes I made to an app and I'm super pissed off about it. For one, it was a trash ass task and having to do it all over again wasn't fun at all. I had a recruiter call yesterday and I got a rejection email about 30 minutes ago. Even though the job sounded kind of terrible; I still feel some type of way about getting rejected so early in the process.
Also, sent a thank you email to a hiring manager with a better answer to a question he had asked.
And I just got confirmation for a Zoom interview for tomorrow morning. Why did they wait until the day before to confirm?

I need focus on getting a clear requirements gathering process together because I faced another instance where I had to redo work at the data model level because the requirements weren't clear. Then my manager is one of those that says X, but then a week later says Y. Then the argument ends up being her word against yours. Next up is not even arguing.
Qlik test in 2 days and I need it be over with because I have low key anxiety. I don't know if it's because I've failed an exam cert before or I need it to make the transition out of here more smooth. I really like the company, but this manager doesn't do it for me and she doesn't have to. My only recourse is to leave.

Just had a poor experience with a recruiter, I am 100 percent positive dude would have road blocked me. Luckily, another recruiter had reached out to me days later, forwarded my resume and an architect wants to interview me for the first round for the same position. That call almost ruin my day.

He wanted me to go over cloud solutions I build for clients but I was honest and said, I have not done so but I can go over everything that needs to be included in a solution...lol he was not too happy about this and I knew once I got off the phone with him that he was going to reject me. I did not lie on my resume so he barely read it.
but it just so happen that, another recruiter had already forwarded my resume to the team and they wanted to set up an interview with me already. So that saved me.

I'll have to watch later, but being passive is the only way to stay sane at my company. Until I get my act together with algorithm and data structures, there's no incentive for me to give a damn here. I can take solace in the fact that ice interviewed with all FAANG companies except Netflix. I'm on the cusp
