i asked him why did you apply for this position? Man mentioned to me he was looking for better work life balance so he can have more time to work on his art :hhh:...on top of that didnt even send me an email thanking me for the interview like the other candidate

yeah all important stuff and a clear sign of low technical talent :wow:

if people thought like you in the early days of IT we would still be using MS-Dos :picard:

one thing ive never done in any position i interviewed for is answer a question like that with looking for more of a work life balance to work on my art..like nah :heh:

shyt's moving fast around here

Will now have 1 FTE and 2 contractors reporting into me. The 2 contractors are brehs, and will probably convert 1 to FTE EOY.

This is probably my audition for a director level role, in case my colleague does not return from parental leave in Feb.

Got an extra $50K stock for my troubles, pays out over 4 years.

Most importantly, this bolsters the resume for next gig if shyt goes crazy after trial.

LOL @ that interview answer, dude couldnt even bother to fake it. low situational awareness IMO

i swear some ppl just are not aware when they are interviewing. i interviewed 2 people on monday

one was a good interview and most likely will push along in the process

the other, dude pretty much sealed his fate answering the first question i gave him, i asked him why did you apply for this position? lol, why do you need to be thanked? It wont stop people from rejecting you?

I wholeheartedly dont trust these two [white] women i need to work closely with. They're on the same team, WW1 is the lead, WW2 reports to her. WW1 threw me under the bus in a review of a project i was working on for our VP of sales. then today, following up with WW2 on some deliverables she was supposed to provide, she sneaks in some BS about this being the first time she and her manager have seen this etc etc. WW1 was in the fukking review with the VP - she saw this and its approval, WW2 I met with just last week with my manager in the meeting because SHE asked to make changes - the changes i'm waiting on. Then WW1 tries to continue to flip it like "the leadership isn't confident in this", i'm like huh? One, It was reviewed with them, you were there, two, all this time i've been working on it, no one has ever raised a concern. She quickly pivoted to some other BS excuse. I'm not sure WTF is up with that team but they try to play subtle games like they have no clue what's going on and try to act like you're doing some whole new shyt. That attempt to play the "leadership said" card was the last straw, these bytches is flailing because WW2 got banged on by the VP so now they're looking for scapegoats.


Ughhhh...straight up personifying why I don't FW white women in the workplace. :camby:
