i just had a nice 2 1/2 hour lunch on the clock because 85% of my department, never mind the team, is off for the day or on vaca..had this lobster grilled cheese with this honey ale....came home and not a peep from my work email or apps..that WFH life is so clutch..TGIF!!!

As I expected, it was the Front End asking for API changes. We all knew this needed to be done, but they should have given us the changes at the start of the week. It's been wasted time up until now. If I gave it another half hour I'd be done but I'm going to sit on the shyt until midday Monday now .

still interviewing with other companies for Presales and AE roles. If I get all 4 that would put me at 28k a month net

yeah the shyt is stupid...im salaried..but they are using timesheets to try to figure out where ppl are spending the most of their time working on as well to try fill in gaps when they hire..i hate doing them

Be petty yes.... i remember when i was workimg for a fintech firm, damn PM's would come pull some shyt on a late friday afternoon, let them sweat for their artifical monday deadline. They'll survive with it not being reached...
