man i did a spring admission for my MBA...my acceptance i remember was in December and classes started at the end of January..so a month lol. I had an internship (paid) I was working at and doing part time at a retail. i had a lot to do in 3 1/2 weeks to get ready

Interesting. I'm looking for time to knock out my NYSC (Nigerian Youth Service if you're familiar). Program is generally 12 months but it's very likely it'll be 9-11 months moving forward due to the new minimum wage laws in place in the country. Most people knock it out right after they graduate college. Just looking to see if I can try to time it in such a way where I can get accepted in Dec and be done the program right before I start the following Sep.

So I really have a dream to start/own a hair, nail salon and spa. I have ideas on how to start but obv I need capital. I have fam who have the dough but getting them to come up off it is unlikely. Wondering if it may be more attainable to buy a multi fam in the next few years and then delay my business dream.

You don't need capital to test the feasibility of your dream.

You want to own a ahir/nail salon - go to current owners and offer to get them clients

You will first hand what it takes to make the cash register ring EVERYDAY without the cost of debt service + overhead + utilities + taxes.

Its tax time so we'll knock that out by March. Then focus on getting the capital to scale by the summer/fall of this year

I pad just came in currently downloading CompTIA A+ Certification All-in-One Exam Guide, Tenth Edition (Exams 220-1001 & 220-1002). What else should I download to start the cert journey for cyber security? and how long did people study before taking the tests?

They are future the whole industry is but banking be damned if they let them get a leg up. 2017 when coins were reaching all times high I was in a meeting with a bank CEO we were talking about the eventual demise of banking because of cryptocurrency he told me it won't happen here if he has anything to do with it. 4 months later cryptocurrency is all but dead in that country because of legislation that turned up out of nowhere his bank had a major hand in that the death of coins there.

It is the future but banks won't let it happen, it will take a huge incident where banks are weak before coins can get a proper foothold. Facebook Gemini is also a perfect example of a good idea being blocked.

But your right it is the future, anything that scared the 3rd largest banks in that county means banks are scared shytless.

I'd say as a small business you have to focus on direct sales and hiring staff to execute growth initiatives.

Too often people get caught up in hiring staff to maintain the biz then they try to grow the company themselves.

You need to clarify what exactly your challenges are so we can offer suggestions
