5 years ago I was 5'7 240 probably close to 30% bodyfat. Step by step you gotta fix your diet but SLOWLY. Don't make drastic changes. The simplest is just drink water for all your drinks. Count calories and eat foods that fill you up. High quality protein eggs, chicken & turkey breast & fish. Complex carbs Like oatmeal, sweet potatoes & brown rice. I wouldn't mess with high fat stuff like peanut butter, almond butter or almonds based on the fact they are so caloric dense.

If you got any questions don't be afraid to pm me or anybody in this thread.

The Good News: You are in position to lose a ton of weight overnight. Like 20lbs or more in a month, 50lbs or more in 3 months.

1. Drink Water. Replace all caloric drinks with water.

2. Improved eating habits. Monday - Friday focus on lean protein(chicken breast, fish, turkey), green veggies, & fruit as much as possible. Protein shakes to supplement.

3. Commit yourself to the gym breh, everyday if you can. Just get yourself accustomed to showing up in the building everyday, no matter how you feel. Even if you don't do much, show up everyday to build the innate habit of going.

4. Fat burner/Prework for your gym sessions. Take something so you can have that extra motivation & energy to do your workouts.

5. Focus on cardio & conditioning type exercises over weight training until you drop some pounds. HIIT is your friend, the fastest & most effective way to drop pounds.

Stop drinking lean breh

Yea 30-60 minutes of cardio like 5 times a week and eating clean should be enough. Don't even worry about lifting weights or w/e, you have like 120-130lbs to lose

I dont know if i agree with the no weights aspect, like u said breh needs to lose the weight of a full size midget, lifting should be an essential part of his regimen for minimizing loss of muscle mass

dont just focus on losing weight...you probably need a total life rejuvenation.

It may sound corny...but listen/read some self improvement stuff.
Instead of watching Vlad/Wshh, or whatever it is you do that doesnt improve your life...
...watch/listen to tapes about success...changing bad habits...being positive...being in shape.

Just switch to only water and plan what you're going to eat for the whole week. 7 days don't eat anything you didn't plan on eating. Start there. You don't have to plan a week in advance. Just when you wake up in the morning decide what you're going to eat for the day. Write it down and stick to it.
