Now my only question is what are you gonna do today once you get off work? :jawalrus:

I think you should make your way down to LA fitness and do 20 minutes on the elliptical
Breh my fat lazy ass ain't been to work all week. I started watching the wire this past weekend and have barely left house. I missed Monday and Tuesday went ahead and took rest of week off. My bday Saturday and I'm turning 30 so I'm kinda tweaking right now. I went ahead and scheduled doctor's and dentist appointments since I'm off. I got time over these next few days to hit gym hard

Breh I was 235 at one time of FAT. No muscle, nothing. What you gotta do is realize you have a problem, and get in the lab aka the gym. Cut the drinking shyt out. Cut people out that's going to change your mission. Go to war with yourself and win. When I changed my diet and amount of food I could eat, it was rough because I wasn't used to eating to satisfaction, I used to eat until I was completely full. Quit that shyt, you gotta own your mind and body. You got it if you want it my nikka.

A lot of the best advice has been posted

Myfitnesspal, finding cardio that you actually enjoy or at least can tolerate without being discouraged from boredom

There's weightlifting routines you could do sure, but the most important thing is to get you in the habit of making that walk into the gym 5 days a week.

Go a month or two without lean. I don't know what it even costs but every time you typically would've had it put that exact amount in a jar, see how quick that shyt adds up.

Is lean/weed a hobby or is it a mask for something? you don't have to tell us, but it is important for you to think on it and be honest with yourself because it could be the deciding factor on IF and how long it takes you to get to your goals.
Yeah its a mask for a lot. The biggest IMO is Im on a serious sex drought

Gotta find another way to "scratch that itch" otherwise this'll be the thing that keeps you always at arms length from your goal.

Take that frustration/rage out at the gym, I speak from experience on removing a mask. It helps. A lot.

No eating out will be my biggest hurdle. I don't cook. Even at my fittest I ate subway, Quiznos, lubys and Boston. Market at best and avoided fried foods

I would advise you to learn how to cook and eat out less. Get you a George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor grill from Amazon and you will be able to cook most dishes at home in less time that it takes you to stand in line and order at Boston Market. You'll also have more control over what goes in your food.

Second, drink more water. Try to cut out the soda and only drink alcohol on the weekends. What I do is buy cases of water and add those little Lipton flavor packets in each bottle before I drink. It gives it a flavor and is still only like 5 calories.

The bottom line is to focus more on your diet than the gym. You will see results when you mix both but in my experience, I always see better results when I'm not eating a lot of garbage. A couple years back, I went to the gym at least 3 times per week but ate like shyt. My weight steadily creeped up and although I was gaining muscle mass, I still always looked bloated and had a belly. When I cut down on the alcohol and started to eat better, I started to get shredded. Mind you, this was after adjusting my diet and keeping the same workout routine/schedule. I do intermittent fasting when I'm trying to cut down and it works wonders for me.
