49ers won in losing. Had they won yesterday, they end up overpaying Garoppolo

I don't care about Eli, but Eli could push the ball past the sticks when need be. It just became painfully apparent that he needs a run game in order to be effective. Bringing up other qbs really as zero to do with what he does. He needs to be at least somewhat accurate beyond his first read. Kittle was open much more often than Jimmy helped him.

Well fair enough, then bringing up anything from last night has zero to do with how he’s been overall. Neither QB played a lights out great game and Jimmy was only 2 plays really from being an MVP.

The bad PI call on Kittle and that bomb to Sanders that as someone last night pointed out in the thread (he pulled up on)

He is consistent with having passes nowhere near the target much worse then the guys you listed. For the type of passing game they run his accuracy is not very good.

Neither were they either 10+ years ago and that’s my point, season by season they got better. No one was “elite” overnight.

If at any part of this season Jimmy looked like Hoyer, Barkley, Gabbert, or Kaep the last few seasons with no weapons. I’d be inclined to say “ok move on”

But he is still a good QB and I can’t name a better QB available to replace him with right now. And this is a “win now window wise” team. Ain’t no one coming out of college that we could pick up that’s gonna take us to another 13-3 season and back to the SB.

We gonna have to not overreact and ride with this

Lol you been on this Garoppolo crusade all night and day. Did somebody in your life scream "JIMMY G IS A GREAT QB!!" to you last week or some shyt
First you say I was hating all game for saying facts, now you're again being emotional and not speaking football.

Did somebody in your life scream "JIMMY G IS A GREAT QB!!"

This is the only non football related statement in this thread. I'm glad you're the lone emotional one in this thread.

I keep it football. You keep it "hATiNg" or "dID sOMeOnE sCReaM..." nonsense that has zero to do with anything game related.

Be corny in another thread or at least get paid for your services.

Remember this team was predicted to go 3-13, but then the season began with Jimmy and the team shattering all hot takes, predictions and expectations.

And I get the game here being played. A few small vocal folks maybe try to elevate Jimmy a little too higher than what y’all like so some try to tear him down.

But in y’all process, y’all going too far

How is it that I could call it PI from the comfort of my couch before the flag was even thrown and yall care calling it a bad call?

He uses his elbow to keep separation from the defender, it's not PI. He made it obvious. It was beyond clear.

If they are going to call that, then there's no question Kyle Rudolph should have been pass interference. Problem is the league has no idea what is pass interference. There's zero consistency.

I don't care about that. That was in the corner of the end zone, this was in the open field. It was visible immediately. I don't get it. I could see it from my TV from jump.

Breh everyone knew Rudolph pushed off right away. They had several minutes to look at it too, it was a scoring play, they could have easily reviewed it and chose not to. There's no consistency, which is a huge problem.

I'm just trying to figure out where this is coming from. You acting like you discovered plutonium by stating that Jimmy is an average QB. Who are you arguing with??

If you wanna "keep it football", talk about how a QB coming off an ACL injury basically in his first full year as a starter was top 10 in every major passing category and was a quarter away from a SB title. He's a decent QB with potential and one piece of a bigger puzzle, simple as that.
