Nah I didn't leave the part out. I also said evidence outside of his confession points him to being the killer.
Read the police reports in this arrest by Lewis. This dude allegedly had some weird hatred for women and does not deny he was in the park that night (his family doesn't dispute that point).

Again on the confession if I was a juror would I 100% buy it probably not. But I wouldn't also say hey because he got details wrong that means its a false confession.

All I'm saying is without ANY evidence. Yall like its the father. Without ANY evidence its somehow mob tied, prostituition.

There's supposed evidence linking him to the crime, but then there's also evidence that he didnt even know what the fukk he was talking about during his confession.
He confessed but the confession didnt match the actual murder. They had to do a second confession because dude didnt even know the girl was strangled to death.

As for the DNA evidence, it is kinda strange that they are just referring to it as DNA when usually they state where the DNA was found. Reminds me of that Steven avery case where they said they found his dna in the car but upon further inspection, the DNA seemed to be planted. I dont put shyt pass cops.

The hospital visit the next day is pretty damning but I'm still not convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that this man killed that girl.

If they cant prove beyond a reasonable doubt, then they need to free this man.

For Steven Avery because the blood evidence was so fugazi they actually said they found his "sweat DNA" on the hood of the car...

So if in 2005 they can supposedly differentiate WTF "sweat DNA" is how can it be possible in 2017 not to have a skin cell match when dude was supposedly scratched up so badly he had to be taken to the emergency room?

From what I'm reading, there were lacerations consistent with rape but no DNA evidence. Even if someone wore a condom, there would still be some type of DNA from skin cells or hair follicles.

Sounds like she was raped with a foreign object to make it look like she was raped and then murdered. Seems like a very calculated hit and I'm positive that this kid doesn't have the mental capacity to set something like this up.

Lawyers for Karina Vetrano’s convicted killer claim that at least four jurors on the panel that found him guilty in the jogger’s 2016 slaying committed misconduct, new court documents show.

The motions by Chanel Lewis’ defense team allege two jurors talked about the case before deliberations kicked off — despite warnings from the judge not to do so.

One of those jurors is also accused by the defense of ripping up someone’s request to hear evidence because the panelist didn’t want to stay late.

Yet another female juror told a male panelist to shut up after he questioned whether Lewis had raped Vetrano because there was no vaginal DNA evidence. The female juror said she herself was a rape victim and knew more about sexual assault than he did.

Finally, another panelist tried to draw comparisons between this case and a rape trial she’d sat on in The Bronx, defense attorneys said.

The jury found Lewis guilty of Vetrano’s killing April 1, following five hours of deliberation.

Ventrano, 30, was found strangled with her pants pulled down in a marshy area near her Howard Beach home. Lewis initially confessed but later recanted.

The filings, which led Lewis’ sentencing to be rescheduled Wednesday, seek to overturn the verdict as they recount the jurors’ alleged misdeeds.

The documents claim that two panelists improperly talked about their feeling on the case before deliberations.

“Specifically, JUROR B stated to JUROR A, ‘well, I have my mind made up, and I hope you do too’ after the victim’s parents testified,” reads one motion.

The filing also claims that when the juror who was a rape victim told another panelist to shut up, that wrongly led to discussions about the jurors’ personal DNA knowledge.

“JUROR D improperly supplemented the evidence presented at trial with her own personal experience in such a way that led others to feel they could not challenge her and had to take her at her word,” the papers say.

Lewis’s lawyers claim yet another juror, who previously served in The Bronx on a rape trial, also tried to insert her own expertise and draw parallels between the two cases.

Prosecutors filed their own set of motions refuting the allegations — including saying the same woman identified in defense papers as Juror D denied ever saying or hearing a similar statement.

The parties are due back in court Monday for hearings on the motions.

Truth be toled, the bolded occurs far more often than not in these types of cases here in NYC.

I know of a case recently where something similar occurred with jurors wanting to bring deliberations to an end fairly quickly so they could go on with their lives and we’re tired of serving on jury duty. Of course the defendant was black and the plaintiff white.

I always SMH at brehs who don’t serve on jury duty or take it seriously but want to scream “free so and so”!

Imagine you got falsely accused of a crime and you know you're about to be judged by a jury of your PEERS....... 12 people who just wanna get the whole shyt over with cause they need to work. I love my family but there's only a handful of these muthafukkers I would give that type of responsibility. I might even have to look at my mom funny.....like I don't know, she kind of on the feminist tip........most people are out here living with legit mental issues. case felt off to me before they even found a suspect... the location, the victim...

I believe it's someone who knows her and her routine.

The DNA explanation we're being told doesn't add up and I don't trust the NYPD or the DA's given their history.

I feel like in just the last 9 years or so we're just starting now to see so much come out about DA's and the NYPD planting evidence and prosecuting cases they know they shouldn't have and the cases run from recently to the 80's.

Because cops have really interesting ways of getting info out of you. They can get you to tell a lie just by asking the same question twice with minor changes in the question that lead you to give a different answer or a “lie”.
