He doesn't deny that he was in the park that night, but its strange that they couldn't find one video that places him at the crime scene with cameras literally everywhere. They knew the exact time the woman entered the park because of the cameras, but couldn't find breh in any videos. This dude allegedly had some weird hatred for women and does not deny he was in the park that night (his family doesn't dispute that point).
Its possible that this mentally challenged man was in the park that night and was somehow smart enough to avoid all cameras.
It's also possible that dude just said that because he was being grilled for 12 hours straight and told them what he thought they wanted to hear so he could get outta there. Remember we are talking about someone with the mind of a 12 yo, very easy to force a false confession out of a mentally disabled person.
If I were a juror, the confession would be questionable considering the mind state of the defendant.Again on the confession if I was a juror would I 100% buy it probably not. But I wouldn't also say hey because he got details wrong
Seriously, you need to get off this bullshyt. This silly ass statement is why nobody is engaging in a debate with you.BUT IF the races were reversed with the same EXACT evidence. Yall would singing an entirely different tune.
I would REALLy like to know why yall are like that. Serious question.
The situations are not remotely comparable. There is no history of white men being railroaded by the justice system. Cops aren't out here pinning murders of black women on white men. There is nothing to suggest that the justice system is set up against white men.
On the other hand, there is plenty of historical context of black men being falsely accused and convicted of crimes they didnt commit. Plenty of reasons to believe that it's the same with this case. Black men get falsely accused of crimes all the time. Cops are known to plant evidence to build a better case against black men.
