Take pictures, smile, and such, but hate each other's guts after the cameras are finished rolling, y'know, cause the world is watching.

They can't act the same way as voters of each party act towards each other. Politicians, at times, gotta save face for the cameras. Regular people like us don't have to put a front shaking hands with people we don't like; we can visually dislike them all we want unless it's for work-related reasons where it can affect our financial livelihood.

I highly doubt Trump and Biden are friends, having beers and shyt; Joe is just playing the optics for the cameras, etc and the same goes with Trump.

on a bi partisan level, what good is the cordiality

defense spending, foreign aids and sucking Israel's dikk are the only things that receive bi partisan support in congress

If democrat physically drag maga republicans accross the capitol building steps, kicking and screaming, the end result in terms of voting would literally be the same as it is now, let's not act like republicans will ever play ball with democrats
