7/For the record: a TEXIT effort doesn't need to be successful to cause damage. Even starting down this path is enough to cause chaos, and because it would likely be done in an unconstitutional way, it isn't possible to know how it would play out. Best to be forewarned.

Georgia early voting is up to 24% of 2020's turnout and so far still no major changes from the first day's turnout have happened. Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, and Southern rural GA are lagging behind while Fulton, the coast, and Northern GA are ahead.

This is the original story I saw during the hand-off between Chris Hayes' show & Maddows! This is MUST WATCH! Between video & documented direct communication between DonOLD's lawyers & Daniels', it's an airtight case. The sentencing judge won't be happy with DonOLD's 2nd attempt.

The "first time" got him convicted of 34 felonies, the ones the judge will be sentencing him for next month. As the judge weighs the pros & cons of giving DonOLD JAIL TIME, knowing a second, defiant, unrepentant crime attempt occurred won't inspire the judge to leniency.

My guess is that Trump is desperate, too late, to smother the story because his sentencing for the 34 felonies from the first "hush money" attempt is in about a month, and the judge hearing he's done it again is likely to lengthen his jail time because it's another crime.

The person to whom it will matter MOST is Judge Merchan, due to sentence DonOLD next month for the felonies from Trump's first attempt to hush Daniels. Knowing he's defied the law AGAIN, the same way, is likely to increase the judge's willingness to apply JAIL TIME for DonOLD.

The "first time" got him convicted of 34 felonies, the ones the judge will be sentencing him for next month. As the judge weighs the pros & cons of giving DonOLD JAIL TIME, knowing a second, defiant, unrepentant crime attempt occurred won't inspire the judge to leniency.

My guess is that Trump is desperate, too late, to smother the story because his sentencing for the 34 felonies from the first "hush money" attempt is in about a month, and the judge hearing he's done it again is likely to lengthen his jail time because it's another crime.

The person to whom it will matter MOST is Judge Merchan, due to sentence DonOLD next month for the felonies from Trump's first attempt to hush Daniels. Knowing he's defied the law AGAIN, the same way, is likely to increase the judge's willingness to apply JAIL TIME for DonOLD.
